All the cozy flavors of s’mores in a creamy tiramisu 🍫☁️🔥✨ 1 cup brewed coffee/espresso 1/2 cup milk 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided 2 cup heavy cream 1 cup mascarpone cheese 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 24 graham crackers 1 cup marshmallow fluff Garnish with chocolate, graham crackers, Teddy grahams, etc. -Brew the coffee/espresso and let it cool completely. -In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the milk and chocolate chips, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Let cool slightly. -In a large bowl, whip together the mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the 1 cup of mini marshmallows. -Quickly dip each graham cracker into the cooled coffee, then arrange a layer in the bottom of your serving dish. -Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of chocolate ganache. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with the ganache on top. -Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until fully chilled and set. -Just before serving, add marshmallow fluff and spread evenly.
