I had a cousin that was arrested for being in a wagon pulled by a jackass( literally) drunk. Said he was driving the wagon, but he didn’t have ahold of the reigns and was passed out. Told the cop the jackass knew the way home.

I had a buddy that got a DUI while riding a horse in town. His defense was the horse wasn't controlled by him. He was just along for the ride. 😂

I had an uncle who lived in Florida (of course) who drank and drove often enough that he lost his license. Then he had a stroke. He didn’t stop trying to drive so his family took his car as well as his keys. They got him one of those big tricycles they make for old folks. Then he got ticketed for drunk driving his tricycle on the road. Some people 😆

I was a landscaper for well over 30 plus years and ran a 10 to 15 man crew for years the amount of employees we fired for in middle if the day in plain sight huffing on the dang gas cans is mind blowing to me still to this day, it was hot as a hell and these fools rolling around someone's front lawn I'd just shake my head and send another one home

my husband got a DWI driving while under influence he was sleeping in his car next to the bar he went to the night before. Due to him having access to his keys in his pocket he was charged because they couldnt prove he didnt just drive to the bar. Mind you the bar has cameras and he can show reciepts with time stamps but that did not matter.
