I'm glad you included Ash versus the evil dead I don't know why fans are acting like Ash versus the evil dead is not part of the same Evil Dead film Universe when it is. just like how we know that Ash is part of Evil Dead 2013 because of the deleted scene when he said groovy

My biggest complaint with the new movies though by far is the lack of comedy. That’s what gave evil dead 2 and army of darkness there charm. Like I don’t like that the three books of the dead was retconed from Army of darkness. Like they weren’t three separate books it was a simple ohh which is the right one gag. Was never supposed to be 3 separate books, as you see an army of darkness the other two books that Ash opens aren’t like normal books. They start doing things as soon as he opens them unlike how they act in the new movies. And then simply saying that each book summons a different demon and that’s why the eye colors are not all white like the originals.

Technically the cabin in Evil Dead 2013 is not the same cabin as the original. That movie ignores Evil Dead 2 & Amry of darkness. But they added ashes car in the yard which makes no sense, it would imply ash died at the end of the original. But then why in Evil Dead Rise do we hear ash on the recording yell, “destroy it, it’s called the book of the dead for a reason” in the 1920s before the events of the original.
