Honestly tesa is totally worth it. Maybe not for everyone but it’s been great for sleep, body comp and for me didn’t make my hormones wonky. I think people don’t give it a chance. Just my 2cents as a mom over 40

I feel the same about AOD. Twice I had issues reconstituted it and yes, I used the proper solution. SNAP is in my refrigerator. I never remember to use it. But you can't pry tesa out of my hands. Not worried about getting pregnant or hormones in general.

Snap 8 is not a pinned pep its supposed to be taken topically you put it in serums for your face

Tesa missed up my cycle. Plus retained a lot of water (very bloaty), achy body all over, tingling hands and feet. Didn't feel good on tesa at all. Now I'm stuck with a whole kit in my freezer.
