If youre too dumb to follow instructions or know what is involved in a traffic stop, you deserve EVERYTHING you get. Black people ALWAYS claim to be "scared" of police, then act a damn fool when dealing with them. I call bullshit. Probably ended up with a fat lip and a black eye. Typical Bigger Nehavior.
