I have never commented on anyone’s video before but this happens to me too! It’s been happening for at least 10 years and everytime I request they fix it they say I have to do it online but there’s no selection for it there. Can also confirm I am not blind. Please stop telling me I am poor in braille 😭

I opened my PNC account as a teen and my grandma co-signed. I tried to get them to take her off of my bank account after she passed away for almost 12 dang years before I closed my account! I even went in in person! With documentation! Seems as though they’ve got some issues lol

Ok my time to shine, because I am in 508 compliance & accessibility, her bank statements alone cost about $50 for them to convert to digital braille, then another $20-$25 to be printed out!

I'm sorry Im laughing but they did this to me randomly and then I got it fixed after like a year, so they started sending them in another language. We got that fixed and now its in braille again 😂 Its been 2 years

I have PNC as well, I signed up for paperless statements when I opened my account and every month I get thick envelope from them and then the next week I’ll get a letter from them saying they refunded my paper statement fee because they screwed up and sent it to me. This same cycle repeats every single month
