Fakeaway Fridays and this one is BANGIN  😮‍💨🌮 Garlic butter bolognese tacos… crispy golden wraps stuffed with rich beef bolognese, melty mozzarella and creamy cheese sauce, then brushed with garlic butter at the end 🤤 Comfort food, but make it weeknight friendly plus it’s SUCH a good way to use up leftover bolognese in the fridge 🤌🏼 Ingredients (serves 2):  1 small onion diced 
1 medium carrot grated  2 celery stalks finely chopped  200g 5% fat lean beef mince Salt  Black pepper  2 tsp chopped garlic  1 tbsp tomato puree  1 tsp mixed herb seasoning  1 tsp dried oregano  1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce  1 beef stock cube crumbled  200g chopped tomatoes 
100ml hot water 
50g lightest cream cheese  1 tbsp semi-skimmed milk  4 mini wraps  70g mozzarella grated  10g lighter butter spread 
3-4 sprigs of parsley finely chopped for garnish  💕Add the onion, carrot and celery to a pan. Fry until softened.  💕 Add in the beef mince, breaking it up well before seasoning with salt and pepper.   Continue to cook until mostly browned then add half of the chopped garlic for a further 30 seconds.  💕Add in the tomato puree, mixed herb seasoning, dried oregano, Worcestershire sauce, crumbled beef stock cube, chopped tomatoes and hot water (I pour it into the can to rinse out any residue tomato). 💕Simmer for 10-12 minutes until thick.  💕Add the cream cheese to a small microwavable safe bowl. Blast for 10-15 seconds. Season with a pinch of pepper before adding in the milk. Stir until smooth 💕In a separate bowl, blast the remaining chopped garlic and butter until melted. Set to one side.  💕Lay out the mini wraps. Over each half sprinkle over the mozzarella and spoon over the cream cheese sauce.  💕Top with the beef mix before folding the wraps over to close.  💕Cook the wraps in a pan over medium for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden, crisp and the cheese inside is fully melted. 💕Remove from the pan and brush over the garlic butter.
