Can you talk about Vibrance for constipation? It’s a vibrating capsule you take to stimulate bowel movements. We had a patient in MRI last year that had 11 of those retained in their abdomen. The Dr never told her they were contraindication for MRI. It was crazy!!!!! Couldn’t figure out what it was! We thought maybe she had PICA and was swallowing batteries!

I definitely have not heard of these and I scan a lot of orthopedic pediatric from the children’s hospital out patient ortho dept. I’ve never had one though. Thanks for the information!

Persona IQ Smart knee replacement by Zimmer is another one. Embedded electronics. Need to research conditions to see if your facility can meet them

They also have these in other implants such as a tibial nail! As a prior xray OR tech before mri I have seen it and watched them use the magnet to extend the rod
