saying good luck isnt haram generally because yes, what allah wrote as destiny is whats set in stone to happen, goodluck is something ppl say for something like encouraging etc, and saying the end is near isn't haram either, its mentioned in quran and hadith that the end of times is nearer then we think and that it IS near, correct me if im wrong please

Good luck is a figure of speech, when people say it they don’t really believe in luck and that if they say good luck the person will be lucky it’s a figure of speech to show you care about the other person and want good for them

Saying 'good luck' isn't automatically haram. It depends on what you mean. If you believe 'luck' is an independent force that brings success or harm, then that belief is not Islamic because only Allah controls what happens. But if you're just using 'good luck' as a common way of saying 'I hope things go well' or 'I wish you success,' then many scholars do not consider that haram. In Islam, intentions and beliefs matter.
