Being too young to know about the norms is exactly te problem. This BABY was too young to know this wasn’t normal and that adults shouldn’t take advantage of them in this way and too young to even be able to articulate to someone what happened. I’m just glad there was evidence. This woman is sick.

Okay so , this is absolutely terrible and I hope that child is safe and taken care of and honestly I think this should be looked at with the mother of said child as well. My best friend and her 3 kids live with me , kids are curious they ask questions do things that they don’t understand they shouldn’t and they ask questions especially to a “trusted adult” this sounds like something the child has done before. I wouldn’t be surprised if said child has done something like that in-front of or to their own mother. Theres more to this story and honestly it needs a deeper investigation

as someone whos been exposed to sexual things from an EXTREMELY young age, just because someone doesn't understand something doesn't cancel out the fact that its wrong. they might not understand as a kid, but they'll remember when they're older and feel violated. im speaking from experience when i say that an exposure to anything sexual at a young age will lead to mental issues later in life. that kid is a victim and i hope she is safe, and her parents do background checks on their future babysitters.
