Used my go-to milk chocolate drops from @The Cocoa Circle for this one🤤. The quality is unmatched and it always takes my desserts to the next level. I especially love that their brand is built around supporting real cocoa farmers.🤍☺️ INGREDIENTS: •115g cold chopped unsalted butter •80g caster sugar •80g light brown sugar •238g plain flour  •½ tsp salt •1 & ½ tsp baking powder •¼ tsp baking soda •1 whole egg + egg yolk  •½ tsp vanilla •100g (for cookie batter) + 250g (for chocolate layer) cocoa circle milk drops  •1/4 cup Chopped and roasted hazelnuts (adjust accordingly) •Nutella and white hazelnut spread  INSTRUCTIONS: •In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed butter and whisk until slightly creamy. Add the white sugar and light brown sugar, then whisk together until well combined and fluffy. •Add the eggs, vanilla extract. Whisk until fully incorporated. •Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add cocoa circle milk drops Gently mix until just combined, do not overmix. •Place the first layer cookie dough balls onto a 8*8 Square tray and then add white hazelnut spread and Nutella spread and then cover it with rest of the cookie dough. •Preheat (fan) oven to 175C (350°F). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden while the centres remain soft. **If the top turns golden but the inside is still very raw, cover it loosely with foil and continue baking** •Remove from the oven and let it cool. •In a bowl melt cocoa drops using double broiler method and add roasted chopped hazelnuts in it and mix  •Pour the melted chocolate hazelnut mixture on the cookie bar and let it set for 2-3 hours. •Serve with an ice cream🤤 •Enjoy! NOTE: Store any extra dough balls in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for later.
