My darling would absolutely do wonders with this boat! she is a boss lady kai gatherer for our whanau she can fish dive and do just about anything when it comes to the water tangaroa really is her natural habitat and she is a machine in the water her dream is to own a boat one day! That I want to make a reality for her one day also🥺 she is 46 years old works hard to provide a roof over our head, a woman with little words but a heart of gold she gives/helps the whole motu and literally the WHOLE motu lol she gives and shares to those who can’t dive anymore (elders) when she gets a feed from trips out on the water she normally goes out on the boat with one of her mates probably every second weekend comes home with a kai and tells me how much she wants her own boat so she doesn’t have to keep filling up his😂 she teaches all the young whanau how to get a kai for there whanau and safety so she can hang up her belt one day hehe I could go on about my darling and how deserving she is of this boat so here’s me chucking it out into the universe✨ this is her in her element rangiputa northland Kia Ora whanau🥰

Our whānau would be beyond grateful to win this boat. My partner has always dreamed of owning one, but he's the type of man who always puts our kids and whānau first, so that dream has stayed on the back burner. This would be perfect for us. 4 young tamariki, always looking for the next mish to kohi Kai for others. At the moments, it’s free dive. We don’t have a boat & never owned one - but it would provide Way more opportunity to learn/teach the kids how to navigate the water and kohi Kai…plus, so many cool memories to make & something we’ve always wanted to do with the kids for years. We also have a large Whānau gathering this coming summer and be sooo cool to kohi Kai & provide for everyone. We have the Moana at our doorstep, would love to enter on behalf of our entire Whānau. It would be loved & used by everyone 🤍

This is what my dads been using for some time now. He gos out hoping he catch’s some fish but all he’s been catching is an attitude and a sore back 🤣🤣 so please I would want to try and get this boat for my dad and obviously me 😂 and the fam and actually Catch sum fish (sorry dad for calling you out )😭🤣 tryna get us a boat

Tu much whānau! We would love this for our kura kids who work on waka hourua. They could ‘fix it up’ like they do waka, feed their whānau and make beautiful memories here in the far north. If you want them to do a video to say why they would want it just let us know. We would keep you updated on its journey if you were interested too! They’re in Auckland right now so could bring it home when they come home 😂🥰
