@amandarisdal: A recent daily routine that I’ve added for my lateral pelvic tilt 💕 Alignment of the body is very important when it comes to function in daily life and weightlifting Joint the body Design system waitlist in my bio 💖 ##dreambody##lateralpelvictilt##pelvictilt##bodyalignment##athomeworkout
And for the hip hikes, do you plant the higher hip into the ground and hike up the lower hip (opposite side)?

Lay down back flat knees bent and stretch one leg out at a time. This is what I did in PT for this issue . Probably need a hip release too

PT here! So we like to call this “reverse muscle action” one hip actually controls and helps elevate the opposite side. Single leg stability work and lateral step ups with a full lockout will help as well, but definitely consult a PT to get proper direction on it!

Isn’t it sad we’re barely learning how to walk properly as a society. Thank you.

Having even pressure in the ball joint of the feet is such an interesting feeling. You can feel how for so long when you walk the weight was distributed wrong, there is this level of being relaxed when the feet are planted correctly.

I've been doing this at work. My right leg is shorter so my right hip is lower. I've noticed balancing on one leg and focusing on my hips/gluts balancing me is a full glute workout and helps with the balancing of muscles. It seems like my right glute isn't as developed

yooo when you said you'll walk and realize you haven't been walking right😳 I went to a masoose after my chiro and they rubbed in my right glute superrrrrr deep and no joke I had feeling again! and I didn't even realize I had loss feeling and wasn't using the muscles or whatever 😭 have your glutes massaged and DEEEEEPPPP where you feel a lil pain almost! (they said muscles are deeply "asleep" so we're waking them up basically)

Yesss!!! Diving into my own trauma and healing made me realize I wasn’t using the left side of my body as much or correctly, I was overcompensating on my right side and i wasn’t walking or stand right. I also clench soooo much so don’t forget to do deep breaths while doing this, and not to be clenched while doing this! It feels so amazing afterwards but be aware of your body outside when walking as well, I realized I had to start walking much slower because I would go to default sometimes.

I recently fixed my uneven hips by actively engaging my adductor on my higher hip side. took me a week and I don't have sciatica anymore. no exercises, just mind to muscle connection whenever I'm moving around
