You guys seem to forget the X-gene will give u guys away no matter what😭 lol. Sentinels will pick u up on their radar, sensory type mutants like telepaths etc will always know you’re one of them and if you ever end up in the hospital it will be revealed which is the worse place for it to happen. Marvel hospitals actively make sure that they know if you’re a mutate, hunsn, inhuma or mutant because in mutants cases at least you sometimes need special stuff to treat them in the hospital.
