to everyone saying we're tolerating what he did we're not. we're simply choosing to give him a second chance to learn, grow, and become a better person. supporting someone's growth doesn't mean we're forgetting or excusing their mistakes. we're not asking anyone to ignore what happened or to forgive him if they're not ready. we're only hoping people can believe that someone is capable of changing. and please, be careful with the things you say to him. yes, he made a mistake, and he should be held accountable for it. but telling someone they should die or sending hateful messages goes too far. he's still a human being, just like the rest of us. hold people accountable, but don't lose your humanity in the process.
