TIRED GIRL DINNERS: episode three 🫶🏻 Easy meatball pasta bake 😌 This is such a simple dinner, zero chopping as we use our best friend, ‘the freezer’, with which is so amazing on tired days - I also didn’t press record, but we finish off the pasta with cream cheese and Parmesan and it’s truly a 10/10 🤤 We just add things into a dish, mix, bake, serve with salad and garlic bread, and dinner’s done 👏🏼 📌 Also don’t forget to give it a save for days you need a tired girl dinner 👀 📍 Serves 4 📍576 Calories & 29.8g of protein per serving 150g frozen diced onion 100g frozen chopped spinach 16 frozen beef meatballs (I used M&S) 200g small pasta, dry weight 400g tin finely chopped tomatoes 350g jar of tomato pasta sauce 1 tbsp garlic granules 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 beef stock pot (or stock cube) 20g finely grated Parmesan 60g light cream cheese - Add the onion, meatballs, spinach, chopped tomatoes, pasta sauce, pasta, garlic, herbs, and stock pot to an ovenproof dish; season generously with salt and pepper, mix well, then fill the pasta sauce jar with cold water, shake, and add that in too. - Stir until everything is fully combined, then add on a lid, or cover tightly with foil, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Give it a stir half way and add a touch more water if it looks too dry. - Once the pasta is tender stir through the cream cheese and Parmesan, then serve. And that’s literally it! Let me know if you try Lovelies ❤️ #EasyRecipes #onepanmeals #pastabake #highprotein #lowcaloriemeals
