People saying the cop is rude is odd but that’s your opinion. But the fact that y’all are asking why the cop is escalating the situation if the girl says she gonna pay is very strange. If the bill was going to be paid he would have never showed up to even have the chance to escalate anything. Plus, he asked her 3 times (most likely along with the countless times the workers asked her to pay), and she keeps trying to tell a story + stating she’s gonna pay….without PAYING. Not sure how the cop was rude nor escalated the situation.
