Perfect comfort meal! 🤍 Ingredients For the Honey Garlic Meatballs: 6 tbsp brown sugar 2/3 cup honey 1 cup ketchup 4 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp minced garlic 28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs For the Mashed Potatoes: 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 stick butter 2/3 cup milk Splash of heavy cream 1.5 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Directions 1. Make the Meatballs (Crockpot):
Add frozen meatballs, brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic directly to the crockpot. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Stir halfway through if possible, until the sauce is thick and the meatballs are heated through. 2. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Add peeled and quartered potatoes to a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15–20 minutes, or until fork tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
