Lamb chana pulao….must try in Bakra eid * 1 kg lamb chest/rib meat (fatty lamb rib cage pieces) * 2 sliced onions * 2 bay leaves * 1 tbsp cumin seeds * 1 tbsp coriander seeds * 3–4 cinnamon sticks * 5–6 cloves * 3 cups warm water * 2 tbsp biryani masala * ½ cup boiled chickpeas * 1 glass rice (soaked for 3 hours) Method of Preparation: 1. Sauté onions until light golden. 2. Add lamb chest/rib meat and whole spices; cook until lightly browned. 3. Transfer to pressure cooker, add warm water, and cook for 15–20 minutes after first whistle. 4. Remove meat and separate the yakhni/oil. 5. Sauté meat with yakhni oil, biryani masala, and chickpeas. 6. Add soaked rice to the yakhni and pressure cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame. 7. Let it rest covered for 10–15 minutes. 8.
