Here’s what it does: * Effect: Your stats (damage, tears, speed, range, shot speed, luck) can never visually decrease after they increase. * This means if you gain a big temporary stat boost, your displayed stats stay high even after the boost ends. * However, it doesn’t actually freeze every effect. Behind the scenes, hidden stat calculations still happen. If your hidden stats later rise above the “locked” displayed value, your visible stats can increase again.
