The Data Privacy Commission clarified that the issue of taking videos is different from posting it. While taking videos would be allowable for documentation purposes and that is puts less premium on consent especially nsa public sila. But, posting it, especially that the teacher had asked not to, is already a violation of consent, which is an important element of consent in DPA
