Yes I feel bad for Canada. but everyone blaming China for hosting the final didn't sit right for me. Volleyball has its own struggle esp from financial aspect, it is not like a VERY popular sports who get sponsor here and there. The hosting country literally need to pay X amount of money, prepare all accommodation, food, and place during final week. Also, where do you think the winner get their winning money from? Defending champion need to host the next vnl? oh honey, they don't have the money. That's why it's hard to find a hosting country for final week. If any country afraid of being relegated, maybe their country need prepare some money, volunteered to host the final week, and support the national team so they wont be relegated. I know it's sad but that's the reality of competition in VNL. Comeback stronger Canada!!!! See you in 2028!
