This is not true. If you raised a kid in a grey warehouse they wouldn’t draw houses or nature, because they wouldn’t know those concepts they would only know the grey warehouse. We show kids media that have nature or simplistic houses because its easy and tangible for them to grasp, especially with houses and nature being in their environment likely. If you raised a kid in a city with zero nature and only showed them cities and themes of urban areas, they would draw that. This video makes no sense.

in 1st grade we had a project where we wrote/illustrated a little storybook. mine was about a little blue bird who lived in a telephone pole. my teacher “taught” me that “birds live in trees, not telephone poles” and made me change the story. jokes on her, Twitter was released a few years later
