NS highway towards Tangkak, take route 9 to Bentong, from Bentong take route 8, route 102 to Cameron.

we don't plan, just go. Stop anywhere when you feel tired. Never push yourself over the limit. Use WhatsApp to share everyone's live location in the group, if anyone suddenly drops out at least can locate them easier.

Tapah just had a bad landslide so avoid it, sungai koyan has a decent route for 2 wheelers

Aim for every 1hr a petrol or rest stop at around 100-120km. Go up from new route , come down on old route. Stay near town center if you don’t intend to ride to sites in Cameron, after 8pm hard to find grab up in mountains.

I rode my Vespa Sprint all the way to Penang! Just take NS highway, take necessary breaks and enjoy the ride.

depends on timing. best catch sunrise somewhere along sg koyan to ringlet (route 102), breakfast, check in near walking distance to interesting places working backward, spent a night in kl and leave for sg koyan route around 0500hrs

going up by simpang pulai is probably safer than going up from tapah r&r, but it's quite a bit further north. however the roads from spg pulai are wider and generally better maintained
