why when i exhale with my nose i can t fully exhale it, like some bubbles go out but i can t let it all out, do I need to apply more power in my nose to exhale it?

i’m self-taught swimmer and haven’t been actively swimming since Covid. I haven’t been able to improve my breathing, I can swim in a short distance but i feel my inhale doesn’t comes with enough air 🥺 and when i exhale a lot i feel suffocated after a doze stroke in the water and had to stop
