I mean... I am NOT trying to be rude ... but what?! How is this a novelty or a "use this butter instead of the real butter". Its not that its a bad idea, no no no, but lets not treat ourselves as complete idiots and share things like "look, I am using water to water the plants" or "look, I am making cold water by putting it in fridge"!!!. I totally realize there could be someone out there not knowing that olive oil solidifies in the fridge, but the aspect of "teachable moment" of dead-bssic life stuff on instructions or videos makes me think a bit like the "don't drink bleach" moment.
