The booing wasn't directed at the girls. It happened when the Spanish flag appeared on the big screen, and I honestly think it was more about football than Spain itself. France had just lost to Spain, so people reacted like football fans do. It was stadium banter, not genuine hostility. From what I've seen, fans from all countries were welcomed and applauded, and I don't think these girls were mistreated or insulted during their stay in France. Also, when the "I don't wanna be French" trend went viral, most French people took it as a joke and responded with jokes of their own. That's the kind of humor we're used to. If she felt hurt, I'm sorry she experienced it that way, but I don't think it reflects how she was actually treated in France. Considering how common playful banter is in both French and Spanish sports culture, I think this is being interpreted more seriously than it was intended.
