This is giving an over supplier vibe which is very good. You should also start cleaning your nipples with a wash cloth or cotton wool and water. It’s best to store the colostrum but it’s important you talk to your gynae first.

I thought i was the only one that experience this during pregnancy 😥. My first pregnancy was hell for me i took all sort of herb and med. my second one wasn't much as first. Am super scared to take in now becos this thing smells somehow😥 the pain is hell too. God bless all mothers it's not easy at all
