if someone punches someone then turns and walks away and then the person that was punched pulls out a weapon and shoots him and kills him that is not self-defense because the person is walking away the aggressor walks away and the guy that was punched shoots him dead should be charged with murder simple because someone walking away from you after they assault you is basically something that the police deal with. the person who shot the person walking away should be charged with murder because that's intent that's revenge so yeah she should go to jail for the rest of his life because he decided instead of calling the police and letting the police deal with it and having him charge for assault .he decided he was just going to kill him.✨✨✨✨

The young man is carrying firearm for self defense. The mann attacking the young man is twice his size. If the young man was in fear for his life, he has the right to defend himself.
