not paid mine in over 4 years nearly 5 now. all I asked them for was a receipt of the good that I've purchased or a invoice to the last penny of what im actually paying for. not received a demand since 2021 🤣

and ESPECIALY why should a tenant of a council property have to pay tax based upon the value of the property, it's the COUNCIL'S PROPERTY, Rent alone should be enough!

That’s correct the councils said it was for services, but it’s for property and the owner of the property is responsible for paying C/T not the tenants it tells you on the . Gov website👍🏻
