get yourself a daily planner or little calendar for the counter. And every day you have something going on whether it's a doctor's appointment or church function or date night or whatever it is you put it on the calendar and it's right in front of you everyday. Because you are not dumb at all You're actually very very smart.

I did something similar a couple weeks ago. showed up for a doc appointment on the wrong day. 40 minutes away. Unfortunately for me, the appointment was the day before. We expect too much from our brains sometimes. And you didn't miss it!
