Looks great! Don’t need the tray. Just slap the crust down, place the filling then slap crust on top then cut with pizza cutter before or even after ya bake! 👍

Yes every oven is different. In temp , Good idea . and you can flash freeze them and then put them in a baggie and then keep them in the freezer for when you want them.
