Has Rooney watched a different Foden this past season? Absent for city, he wouldn’t have made a blind bit of difference! We had players Tuchel could have brought on with or instead of Konsa and he didn’t use them, he left Saka, Rashford, Eze, Watkins on the bench! Or left it too late.
