Marinate the chicken thigh with all marinade ingredients for about 10 minutes. 2. Rinse the rice, add 1 cup of water and the ginger slices, then place the marinated chicken on top. Cook using the regular rice setting. 3. Once cooked, cut the chicken into pieces and mix evenly with the rice. Set aside a portion for baby first, then mix about 1.5 tbsp of scallion salt sauce into the adult portion. ————————— Scallion Sauce Ingredients • 6 tbsp chopped scallions • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tsp minced ginger • ¼ tsp salt • ½ tsp white sesame seeds • ½ tsp sugar • 2 tbsp hot oil • 2 tbsp steamed chicken juices (or substitute with store-bought chicken broth) Instructions 1.
