@terryjgeo: I know I look 10 years younger than I am. I hear it all the time from people I meet and people online. And there are really simple things everyone can do to keep looking younger - even without dyeing your hair or beard. Simply moisturise, drink plenty of water and stay out of the sun.

I’m lucky to have always been taken for give or take 10+ yrs younger than I am and tho in my case the reason is different it’s been a fun gift ! In my case it’s definitely genetic and I always give my Mom and ancestors credit!😆 (it also may help a little to stay young in spirit? ) I really can take zero credit but am truly immensely grateful for the fun phenomenon!
