As an on board manager. I’d be having a private world with the captain after a PA like this. Please. Let’s not over promise….. no one needs to set expectations this high. My crew and I might be on our third flight and holding on for dear life. I don’t need their mental health impacted with such unrealistic expectations place upon them..:.
