I think about it all the time. The basis of it all is that humans need some sense of organization/society to avoid chaos, poverty, etc. We also need some kind of monetary value/currency to establish the cost of goods. But after that, capitalism fails hard. Immediate wealth gaps and distribution of resources fails to actually help people. There has to be some way to preserve our modern day advancements while also protecting nature and creating welfare for all people
