The Heartbreaking Unsolved Mystery Of Jaryd Atadero 💔 In October 1999 in Colorado, 3 year old Jaryd Atadero vanished after going on a hike with a Christian Group. His Dad Allyn and his brother owned he Poudre River Resort and the dad and two kids were staying there at the time of our true crime case. Its reported that Jaryd got separated from the group and some witnesses report hearing a scream. He then appeared to go missing. Police got involved with the missing persons search but when the police helicopter was dispatched to help with search efforts, it horrifically crashed. The Air Force closed off the crash site making it even harder to find the missing child Then heartbreaking news, in 2003. Jaryd’s clothing and human remains were discovered. Detectives and forensic experts couldn’t determine his cause of death from the autopsy. The two main theories around this unsolved mystery were either an abduction, or a mountain lion. Or was this a tragic accident? Some wonder if this crime case was linked to the true crime case of jonbenet ramsey case seeing as it was also Colorado during the 90s. During the investigation, Allyn was receiving weird messages from a man claiming to be missing Jaryd. Again similar to jonbenet ramsey case where people kept harassing the family claiming to be involved. One man was actually arrested for harassing Allyn and he had to take a restraining order out on him.
