I wonder if this is the same company my friend rented from. She was able to get out of her lease because a random unhoused woman made it into their secure building, and she passed away on the roof deck and wasn’t found for a few days after a summer heatwave. My friend threatened to go to the news if they didn’t let her out of her lease

Don’t trust bay property management either. Literally left me in my apartment with a hole in my ceiling that their contractor left there than made me fight for my life for 3 months because I asked for my rent back. And this is how they left my room
