@springsgazette: Looking for your next matcha stop? 🍵 We recently visited BrewCHA Tea Lounge inside COATI and tried their Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, a seasonal drink featuring butterfly pea flower, coconut sticky rice purée and fresh mango. If it's on your list, don't wait too long. The specialty drink is only available through July 31. While we were there, owner Fatima shared a few insights into the world of matcha, including how factors like growing region and harvest timing can influence flavor. Beyond its specialty drinks and handcrafted teas, BrewCHA also hosts matcha workshops for those interested in learning more about the centuries-old beverage. BrewCHA Tea Lounge is located inside COATI at 514 S. Tejon St. and is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
