Idk if this exist, but I made something up to justify the pronunciation of my name to social circles. Told them there is a so called "grammatical" and "preferential" pronunciation when it comes to names. Obv, grammatical name pronunciation follows morphology (Example: Rina + Jiel = Rijiel) Hence it is pronounced as Re + Gel. Preferential is simply how you'd want your name to be pronounced (Rai + Gel). I let my college profs call me using the grammatical pronun, and friends and socials with my preferred pronunciation.
