Wouldn’t that be better then to put the mix straight onto the tray then separate.. also thought it should have an oil in it

I spray them lightly after cooked with some olive oil and keeps them yummy and not too hard but still crunchy

I thought ciabatta used a little olive oil? I’ll try your proportions. I used the two hour no knead bagette recipe on this app and added a couple tbsp oil.
