It’s more than that though because if they offered free housing and food then a good percentage of people just wouldn’t work which would cause major issues. Unfortunately too many people do abuse free things and don’t apply themselves. That being said, there is definitely major problems with the economy and the price of housing and availability of fresh and healthy food.

i recently been on a critical status almost at the edge to be homeless... I meet and talk with people in worst state than me and i simply overthink this "Why everytime i walk in Spain there is an abandoned building/house that could be easily restore or use. But the banks/millionaire owners or governement says "no". Or those restaurants that throws on trash bags food in good state...

actually no, we dont have enough houses for everyone, building more houses means to also destroy more nature and trees and animals houses, to be able to house everyone is for fuckin millionaires and billionaires to stop having literal castles for only one person

The food problem is mostly a logistical problem and housing is just following demand and supply, and the empty places are often cause there aren’t any work in that area

I was talking to someone the other day and tell me why they didn’t even know how section 8 works but wanted to tell me we were losing money from making affordable housing . We put so much money into a gov hoping they help us . Just for fortunate to not even know how gov programs work . (So it’s free )no Actully I have a full time job and it’s still not a choice . If I could make more money I would . It’s just not possible right now .
