Ma'am Mona from elementary... 🤍 When I was in Grade 1, I only had 5 pesos for my allowance every school day. During lunchtime, all of my classmates would go home to eat, but I couldn't. I was always the only student left at school. I would sit quietly outside our classroom, waiting for class to start again. With my 5 pesos, I could only afford a few pieces of candy. One day, Ma'am Mona saw me sitting there alone. She gently asked, "Did you bring your lunch?" I quietly replied, "I didn't." She looked at me with such a sad face, took me to her office, and gave me food. Then she smiled and said, "Next time, just come here. We'll eat together." She treated me like her own daughter. 🥺 I'll never forget her kindness and the love she showed me. She may not remember that moment anymore, but I'll carry it in my heart forever. I love you so much, Ma'am Mona. Thank you for being one of the kindest and most loving teachers I've ever had. 🤍🥺

i have three one is my first grade teacher who believed in me when everyone else had given up, i was always a problem child, always misbehaving, she got to the root of the problem. next was my 9th and 10th grade English teacher was gonna get kicked out of a program for having terrible grades, he pulled me aside and said "I know you're smart I've seen it you just have to apply it" the last one was in college I kept getting horrible grades because my health took a nose dive for the worst he goes "You are so smart you were doing so well what happened?" I told him everything

I remember the day I cried because I could no longer balance work and studies. I truly loved my job it was about baking and I wanted to help my family. But I also needed to finish school, because my dream is to become the first college degree holder in our family. There came a point when I had to choose between the two. One day, Ma'am Mina asked me, 'Why are you late again?' I told her I had come from work. She said, 'What I dislike most is when my class is neglected. Why do you work? Just focus on studying first.' I told her, 'I want to help my family.' And that was when she said something that woke me up: 'Your family's obligations are not your burden to carry.' So I stopped working and focused on my studies. And now, I will be standing on stage this coming August 28, 2026 graduating with a degree in Computer Engineering.

Salamat Tay/Sir Aragon🤍😭 Alam kong hindi mo na ito mababasa, pero gusto kong malaman mo na isa ka sa mga taong nag-iwan ng pinakamalalim na marka sa buhay ko. Mula Junior High School hanggang college, lagi kang nandyan nangangamusta, nakikinig, at naniniwala sa akin, sa amin Noong burol mo po may isang estudyante na dumating kasama yung mommy nya sabi nya mahiyain ang anak nya pero gusto nya paring magbigay ng huling pag galang sayo. Sana mas marami pang gurong katulad mo tay na hindi lang magaling magturo kundi marunong ding magmahal at magbigay ng oras makinig promise ko po na lagi kong isasama sa prayers sila Riley at Emett. At kung sakaling magkita kami ulit paglaki nila ikukuwento ko po kung gaano ka kabuting tao, guro, at tatay sa napakarami mong estudyante lalo na samin Hindi ka man na namin kasama ngayon, pero ang mga aral na itinanim mo po ay mananatili sa puso naming lahat. Hindi masasayang ang buhay na ibinigay mo para sa mga estudyante mo tay aalaahanin parin kita, lagi. Maraming salamat Tay. Hanggang sa muli po😭🤍

this is a really sensitive topic for me bro. the end of my senior year i was dealing with drug addiction and i got clean right before finals. i was withdrawing taking my final exams. my econ teacher let me come in and take it on my own time and sat with me while i took it. afterwards he graded it right in front of me and looked up with a smile on his face. he was so proud of me because i scored high enough to pass his class and graduate. he said to me that his wife dealt with addiction her whole life and that he understood how it feels not only for the people around me, but for me. he emailed my mom later that day with his personal phone number and told her i could call him at any time if i needed to. i never did and i regret it so much. i learned a couple months ago that he died from a stroke. it genuinely broke my heart. why didn’t i call him? he’s the only one that genuinely thought i could get better and do better. thank you mr. mcdaniel for giving me hope in myself again.
