Being rude may be irritating; ticketing a police chief over tint / lights seems stupid. Also, the officers could be sensing a test: if they let it go, they fail it? Beats me.

He was being pulled over for dark window tint and of course it has dark window tint because it’s hiding the lights inside the police car… so as soon as they realize he was a police officer they should’ve released him immediately because they didn’t have a lawful reason to pull him over….
