I’m 45, single, childless and happier and more together than I’ve ever been. Having said that - if you do want to have children (like I did), I’d say don’t leave it too late. I had lots of IVF at the age of 40 and left it too late. We’ve been conditioned to think we can have children into our late 40s, but most of us can’t.

Being 30 is actually so good. It’s such a fun age to be. More disposable income to spend on yourself, higher dating standards/self worth, smaller but more genuine circle of friends… so many positives

i decided i didnt want kids in mid 20s. but my god people love to tell me id change my mind...im 36 i didnt. at 30 it was mid lockdown and i was living in a horse lorry in my feild. i just tried moving hundreds miles away to a live in horse job...it was awful. the woman was toxic and i shared a room with another member of staff. then i lost my horse to cancer. so i moved back to cornwall got a dead end job during the 2md lockdown and turned 30 without my soulmate horse and homeless

As somebody who had a child ( the human kind!) young, it’s hard. It’s so hard to manage between horses, your own life and having a child! And it’s not for everybody! 💖
