I'm blue collar, buy yourself the big packs of face masks/neck garters to put on your hair and face, buy long sock for boots, some good insoles, and sleep as much as you can trust me. Also take a lot of electrolytes bc this heat will kill you

Hiii I know everyone is different but Get a boot dryer, and I wear ariat rebars comfy for me and I also went to red wing and custom insoles for the boots so my feet don’t hurt. Also I wear welders cap or a mask that covers and protects my hair from getting ripped out from the hard hat 🩷

Not a bluecollar but I do commercial cleaning, we’ve to wear vest, hard hats, boots, etc, most of the cleaning is like hard labor work. No ac inside worst part no lunch break! 😫😭

Get a skullcap for your hair and buy knee high compression socks (like the nurses use) the compression socks do a great job to prevent fatigue and varicose veins.
