I really dont think she had pots, wouldnt you think doms mom would know that? plus when you pass out your body goes limp which doesnt justify continuous pressure on the gas pedal

It’s most likely that no medical expert would testify, due to the fact that it’s false. You don’t have the ability to put full on pressure on the gas when fainting. You go limp. Her mom’s definition of POTS also was incorrect.

I’ve had pots for 14 years. There were long periods where I would faint 5-10 times daily. I have never had an episode while driving… it’s Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. The change in posture is what triggers episodes. I have asked both my cardiologist and neurologist if I was safe to drive and they both gave me emphatic approval to do so.

If her lawyer Jim McDonnell was convinced to sabotage Kenzie, would he promise to call up experts of his only and actually enter her medical records as evidence?? Things were promised to Kenzie and her parents by her lawyer THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN WHEN THE TRIAL STARTED!!!! Jim McDonnell talked Kenzie into a bench trial even though she wanted a jury trial!!!! It was up to her lawyer to present the defense BUT HE DIDN'T!!!!! Has nothing to do with the Russo name!!! 2023 was an election year in Ohio!!! They used this high profile case for their re-election campaigns!!! The corruption doesn't start with the Russos!!! It starts with Tim Troup and Nancy Russo!!! Mackenzie Shirilla didn't have a chance!!!! The buddy system railroaded her!!!!

I have POTS. And do I pass out frequently, yes. Am I dizzy when I drive. No. It’s when I stand up or bend over or when I get out of the shower. I don’t drive a lot just to be safe

POTS is a type of dysautonomia, and is because your hypothalamus doesn’t work properly, I have POTS but usually get symptomatic before an episode so u can lie down with my leg being supported by pillows

i have POTs never had an issue in a car or any situation when im sat down it’s triggered by standing up so the POTs excuse wouldn’t fly anyway
