So all of those imaging tools are expensive while a digital exam and blood test are standard for a routine physical. If you think that’s invasive, look at what women go through for a pap screen/cervical exam. We don’t have a blood test

Unfortunately we can do a transrectal prostate ultrasound 😂 but we can also image the prostate transabdominally when imaging the bladder as well!

As someone who works in MRI we literally do prostate scans. Theyre just usually saved until men have cancer or elevated PSA

Actually having worked in a urology office the answer to the question is ultrasound. A probe up ones butt to be exact. 💀 Ultrasound is used for far more than babies, tyvm.
