most schools they have no teachers ,and the fees they pay it's actually parents who agree to this fees ...cause they know the importance of paying this fees ....I studied from a govt school but we had four streams in s3 and every stream with 130students ...few govt teachers ...so to compasate we had to pay some fees to run the school ......and also get bqualury education...
